Privacy Policy

Effective [DATE] · Innerwall is operated by [INNERWALL LLC] ("Innerwall," "we," "us")

Innerwall is built so your most sensitive material never reaches us. The application runs on your own device, and your documents — their contents, the AI prompts you make, and the results — are processed locally and are never transmitted to Innerwall or any third party.

The short version

We do not receive, store, or have any access to your documents or their contents. We collect only the limited account, billing, and diagnostic information described below — the minimum needed to run a paid, licensed product.

1. What we do not collect

2. What we do collect

To operate the service, we collect a limited set of information:

3. How we use this information

We use the limited information above to: provide and maintain your license and subscription; process payments and prevent fraud; send essential service communications (receipts, license keys, security and product notices); provide support; and understand, in aggregate, how the website and product are used so we can improve them.

4. Payments and the merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and seller of record for your transaction. Lemon Squeezy collects and remits applicable taxes and handles payment data under its own privacy practices. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the information needed to provision your license, but not your payment card details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited data above only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment provider and email provider), and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account information as described below, subject to those obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@innerwall.ai. Because we never hold your documents, those rights as applied to us cover only the limited account, billing, and diagnostic data described here.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. The strongest protection, however, is architectural: your documents never leave your device, so they cannot be exposed by a breach of our systems.

9. Children

Innerwall is a professional tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice.
