Refund Policy

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the full product before you are charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

1. The free trial is your evaluation period

We offer a 7-day free trial of the full product, with no feature restrictions, specifically so you can decide before any charge. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account or customer portal and you will not be billed.

2. After the trial

Because you have had full access to the product before being charged, payments for subscription periods that have begun are generally non-refundable. When you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.

3. Exceptions and goodwill

We want customers to be satisfied. If you were charged in error, experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented you from using the product, or have another reasonable concern, contact us within 14 days of the charge at billing@innerwall.ai and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal). Those rights always apply where they are required by law.

5. How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear.
